How To Use:

REMEMBER: The best way to use BarBuddi is one end at a time. It is possible to use 2 at once but you only need one to take the strain. BarBuddi works with any size barbell. 

Step 1.

Pick the BarBuddi up and put it close to where you want the barbell to be. The BarBuddi can be used with any barbell on any surface. So don’t stress about getting the positioning perfect. 

Step 2.

Put the barbell into the V of the BarBuddi. Don’t worry about being precise as the way BarBuddi has been designed, it will put the barbell in the best position. 

Step 3.

Now add as many plates as you want. The BarBuddi will keep the barbell secure and stable. When ready, lift the barbell off the BarBuddi using the end of the barbell. It’s now your turn to do the hard work.
